The Essentials

Bamboo is a natural and technically treated material.

Bamboo —
Natural. Technical. Stable

Natural material transformed through a technical process that improves its stability and performance. It has a more uniform appearance than traditional wood, while maintaining the authenticity of a material of natural origin.

Color Evolution

With sun exposure, the surface may evolve slightly in tone. This variation is natural and does not affect its strength or structural stability. Basic maintenance allows it to retain its original appearance for longer.

Pallet Maintenance

The pallets are exposed to traffic, water and climatic variations.
They require periodic structural and surface care.

Interior structure

  • Accessibility: Provide a registration point to facilitate periodic inspections.

  • Ventilation and drainage:Ensure the correct evacuation of water and avoid prolonged accumulations.

  • Interior cleaning Keep free of leaves and organic residues.

Outer surface

  • Regular cleaning — Keep in good condition with regular cleaning with soap and water

Preventive Care

Applied periodically, MibaProtect reduces lightening and loss of tone caused by sun exposure, strengthens weather resistance and maintains the aesthetic stability of the surface. An application is recommended 1–2 times a year, especially in areas of high sun exposure.

Corrective Care

In case of wear of the finish or loss of protection, remove the aged film and clean the surface. If necessary, perform a light sanding to uniformize. Reapply the protectant to the clean, dry surface to renew the finish and restore the protection of the decking.

Conservation Principles

NO HARSH CHEMICALS

No harsh chemicals
Avoid bleaches or strong solvents

Controlled Pressure
Never use pressure washers at full power

Constant ventilation

Constant Ventilation
Ensure flow of aita under the pallet

standing water

No standing water
Always facilitate the proper drangling

Vertical Coatings

Vertical liners require lighter maintenance than pallets. Occasional cleaning with water removes dust, and a regular application of water-based protectant keeps the surface in tip-top condition. In the event of damage, the panels can be dismantled and replaced individually.
