WPC composite

A new-generation material with the natural look of wood and greater strength, without the care traditional materials demand. Co-extruded engineered timber.

The recipe

It is born from material that already existed.

Mibacomp combines the strength of polymers with the natural flexibility of plant fibres. The fibre comes from FSC®-certified recycled wood flour, and the polymer from recycled plastic.

60 % recycled FSC® wood flour 30 % eco-friendly recycled plastic 10 % auxiliary additives

3 years

Colour holds against the sun

The protective additives and UV-stabilised pigments keep the original colour through up to three years of sun exposure. It doesn't crack or go dull.

0 %

Water absorption

Waterproof and dimensionally stable: it doesn't absorb water, swell or warp, even in constantly damp or rainy conditions.

Interlock

Faster installation

The interlocking system cuts installation time and labour costs, with precise, secure assembly.

Decking

Three boards, three different trade-offs.

The 2nd generation optimises price; the 3rd adds an anti-slip film and a soft touch; the solid board goes for durability and public works. Supplied in packs of 3.

Cladding

Three families for exterior walls.

Wall cladding for outdoors, ideal for low-maintenance spaces. All supplied in packs of 3.

Clásico composite cladding board

Clásico

26 × 217 mm

A board machined for assembly with an invisible screw. The family with the most colour options.

In the two-tone version the colour sits over a black core that shows between one board and the next: the joint is emphasised on purpose and the panel gains depth. In single colour the joint doesn't show.

Rounding composite cladding board

Rounding

22 × 220 mm

A profile with rounded edges, for panels with soft shadow lines. Taking away the deep gap between boards, the result reads as wide, continuous steps rather than as stripes.

Dual composite cladding board

Dual

22.5 × 245 mm

The widest board in the range, with two different faces to choose from on site. Assembly with an invisible screw.

Substructure
Aluminium or WPC composite battens, properly levelled and fixed. It supports the ventilation cavity, improves the drainage and extends the life of the cladding.
Accessories
Straight and angle profiles for clean edges.

Composite + aluminium

Decorative batten with an aluminium core.

For dividing spaces, building slatted screens, enclosures, pergolas and architectural features, outdoors as well as indoors. The aluminium core gives the structural rigidity that makes stable, long-lasting installations possible.

Indoors and outdoors

Room dividers, slatted screens, enclosures and pergolas, with whatever spacing between battens the project calls for.

Installation accessories

An air cavity, always.

Between the base and the boards, the air cavity drains the water, prevents moisture building up and allows the material to expand naturally as the temperature changes.

Compatibility and maintenance

WPC composite decking is compatible with substructures in composite, aluminium or class 4 tropical hardwood. On terraces, roofs or sloping surfaces, the adjustable pedestals let you level quickly and secure the drainage.

  • Cleaning. Water and pH-neutral soap or a mild detergent, clearing leaves, dust and built-up dirt.
  • Deal with stains early. And keep the gaps between boards clear so the water drains.
  • No sanding or oiling. Unlike natural timber, it needs no routine protective treatments.
